All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for shipping within 3-5 business days after order placement.

SHIPPING TIME:
This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to their destination.

USEFUL TIPS:

Typically, the local carrier delivers the package on business days (Monday to Friday) to ensure the safe delivery of your package. So it is better to choose an address where you can receive the package on working days as the delivery address. It is best to leave your phone on for the duration of the estimated arrival time, as the carrier may contact you by phone.
The delivery service we use requires a customer signature for successful delivery. Therefore, please ensure that you or an authorized person is at the delivery address. If we ship to your shipping address and have signed documentation, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER:

If customs duties are applied in the recipient's country, these charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
The buyer will bear the costs related to late delivery or changing the address.
If the buyer cancels the order in transit or returns the goods for personal reasons, these costs will be borne by the buyer.
